SG-15M Pointed Tree – Semi-Finished Carbide Burr Blank for OEM Customization

The SG-15M is a pointed tree rotary burr in semi-finished (blank) form. The carbide head has been pre-sintered to its final pointed tree shape, ready for subsequent operations such as shank brazing/welding, coating application, or final tooth grinding per customer specifications.

The pointed tree geometry combines the features of a conical point and a tree shape, making it particularly effective for contouring, deburring, and material removal in narrow grooves, deep cavities, and complex internal profiles. Its tapered design allows operators to reach confined areas while maintaining excellent cutting performance.

This semi-finished stage offers maximum flexibility for customization – you can specify your preferred shank diameter, overall length, coating type (functional coating for extended tool life, or decorative coating for cost-effective applications), and tooth configuration (single cut for aggressive material removal, or double cut for smoother finishing).
