Product Description:

The Industrial Dust Filter element mainly utilizes the tiny breathable structures formed on the surface of the filter material. Through processes such as interception and adsorption, it blocks the particulate matter in the gas, thereby achieving gas-solid separation and achieving the purpose of dust removal.

Features:

The mainstream design of dust removal filter elements is "pleated design" (such as cartridge type and pleated filter bags). Through folding the filter material, the filtration area is increased by 3-5 times compared to traditional flat or tubular filter elements under the same volume, improving the dust processing capacity per unit time and reducing the equipment's floor space.

Dust removal filter elements using synthetic fiber filter materials such as PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) can resist corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, and are suitable for the chemical and electroplating industries; some filter materials have wear-resistant treatment (such as adding ceramic particles), which can withstand the erosion of coarse particle dust from mining and sandblasting.
