Product Description:

The stainless steel filters usually adopt 304 or 316L stainless steel materials, which have excellent corrosion resistance. The cross-plates inside the shell divide the inner cavity into two parts - the upper and the lower. The upper cavity is equipped with multiple layers of filter cores, and the lower cavity is provided with an anti-sediment suction cup.

Features:

1. High precision filtration: The filter screen is made of stainless steel weaving or wedge-shaped design, with pore size accuracy reaching the micron level. The maximum filtration accuracy can reach 25 micrometers. It can effectively intercept tiny particles, bacteria, etc., ensuring the purity of the fluid.

2. Efficient automatic backwashing: The internal mechanical structure adopts patented technology and has an automatic backwashing function. When the accumulated impurities on the filter element surface cause the pressure difference to reach the set value or the timer reaches the predetermined time, it can automatically trigger backwashing. Each group of filter screens is cleaned in sequence. The backwashing time is short, the water consumption is low, and it can thoroughly clean the filter screen and extend the service life of the filter element.
