CB-SP-6FN-VEP is Carterberg's newly launched threaded quick coupling designed for demanding hydraulic systems requiring flat-face integrity and safe operation under residual pressure. As part of our latest product lineup, this model is currently categorized under our New Products section and will be migrated to a specific threaded coupler category after launch evaluation.

Construction & Design Highlights

CB-SP-6FN-VEP features a steel body with high-precision machined threads and chrome-plated components for durability. The female and male halves use a threaded sleeve lock for manual engagement, ensuring tight sealing even under residual pressure.
Internally, the flat-face valve structure offers flush sealing with metal-to-metal contact. This limits fluid spillage and prevents air intrusion when reconnecting, especially critical in construction hydraulics and mobile tool setups.
