Different gear ratios are designed based on load grades:
- Low-Load Models (001-002, 250-363kg): Adopt 3.2:1 gear ratio. Each handle shake can drive the strap to retract/release about 60mm, and only about 80N of force (equivalent to lifting an 8kg object) is needed to pull a 250kg heavy load, making it easy for women or the elderly to operate;
- Medium-to-High Load Models (003-011, 450-1600kg): Basic gear ratio is 4.1:1, and high-load models (007-011) additionally have an 8.1:1 low-speed gear – the high-speed gear (4.1:1) is suitable for fast retraction/release of empty straps or light loads, while the low-speed gear (8.1:1) can amplify torque. A2: Judge based on damage degree; minor damage can be repaired:
