If the oil level is lower than 1/3 of the tank scale line, supplement anti-wear hydraulic oil (46# hydraulic oil is recommended) that meets the equipment requirements to the standard level. Insufficient oil will cause insufficient oil suction by the hydraulic pump, making it impossible to build pressure.
  2. Check if the oil inlet filter of the hydraulic pump is clogged. If the filter is covered with a large amount of impurities, remove the filter, clean it with diesel, and reinstall it. A clogged filter will block the circulation of hydraulic oil and affect pressure building.
  3. If the above operations are ineffective, the hydraulic pump may be internally worn or the solenoid valve may be faulty. Disconnect the power supply and contact professional maintenance personnel to detect the output pressure of the hydraulic pump with a pressure gauge or check the on-off status of the solenoid valve coil.
