For example, it can efficiently complete the replacement and press-fitting of bearings during the maintenance of loader gearboxes.

(I) What to Do If the Equipment Starts but Has No Pressure Output?

1. Prioritize checking the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank. If the oil level is lower than 1/3 of the tank scale line, supplement anti-wear hydraulic oil (46# hydraulic oil is recommended) that meets the equipment requirements to the standard level. Insufficient oil will cause insufficient oil suction by the hydraulic pump, making it impossible to build pressure.
2. Check if the oil inlet filter of the hydraulic pump is clogged. If the filter is covered with a large amount of impurities, remove the filter, clean it with diesel, and reinstall it. A clogged filter will block the circulation of hydraulic oil and affect pressure building.
3. If the above operations are ineffective, the hydraulic pump may be internally worn or the solenoid valve may be faulty. Disconnect the power supply and contact professional maintenance personnel to detect the output pressure of the hydraulic pump with a pressure gauge or check the on-off status of the solenoid valve coil. Do not disassemble the pump by yourself to avoid component damage.

(II) How to Handle Platform Jamming or Inability to Move During Adjustment?

1. First, clean up metal scraps, oil stains, and other debris on the platform adjustment guide rails and lead screws. Use a brush to clean surface impurities, then wipe the guide rail contact surface with a cotton cloth dipped in alcohol to ensure no foreign objects are jamming the adjustment mechanism.
2. Check the lubrication status of the adjustment lead screw. If the lead screw surface is dry, apply special lithium-based grease (Model 2#). Insufficient lubrication will increase frictional resistance and cause adjustment jamming.
3. If jamming persists after cleaning and lubrication, check if the adjustment motor wiring is loose or if the motor carbon brushes are worn. If the wiring is loose, re-tighten the plug; if the carbon brushes are worn by more than 1/2, replace them with the same model. Ensure power is disconnected during replacement to avoid electric shock risks.

(III) What Causes Abnormally Slow Cylinder Descending Speed During Equipment Operation?

1. Check if the cylinder oil return pipeline is clogged, focusing on the oil return valve and oil pipe joints. If the pipeline is clogged with impurities, remove the oil pipe and blow it through with compressed air, or replace the new oil return filter.
2. Check if the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too high. If the equipment operates in a low-temperature environment, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil will increase, resulting in slow flow rate. Replace it with hydraulic oil with better low-temperature adaptability (such as 32# hydraulic oil), or appropriately heat the oil tank (temperature not exceeding 40℃).
3. If the cylinder seals are aged, internal leakage of hydraulic oil will occur, which will also slow down the descending speed. Remove the cylinder and replace the sealing rings (nitrile rubber material is recommended). After replacement, apply hydraulic oil to lubricate the seals to avoid damage during installation.

(IV) What Are the Key Precautions for Transporting and Installing the Equipment?

1. During transportation, use a forklift or crane with a load-bearing capacity of ≥200 Kgs. The fork teeth or lifting ropes should fit the stress points at the bottom of the equipment to avoid tilting by only touching one side of the machine body. The tilt angle should not exceed 10°. At the same time, fix the equipment on the transport vehicle with steel wire ropes to prevent collision caused by bumps during transportation.
2. The installation site should be a hardened ground with a load-bearing capacity of ≥500 Kg/㎡ to avoid ground collapse. Use a level to check the ground flatness before installation, and the error should be controlled within ±3mm. For uneven ground, lay 10mm thick steel plates to level it.
3. Before wiring the equipment, confirm that the power supply voltage is 380V three-phase AC, and the neutral wire and live wire must not be reversed. The grounding terminal should be reliably grounded (grounding resistance ≤4Ω). After wiring, conduct a no-load test run first to check if the platform adjustment and cylinder lifting functions are normal. Only after confirming no abnormalities, conduct a load test. During the load test, first apply 50% of the rated capacity, and gradually increase to the rated capacity after 5 minutes of trouble-free operation.
