Pre‑start‑up Inspection & Preparation
Complete comprehensive daily inspection before power‑on every working day. Unqualified conditions must be solved before starting production.
- Check power supply condition: Confirm that on‑site voltage and frequency match the machine rated parameters. Voltage deviation shall not exceed ±10% of rated value, otherwise it may burn out motors and PLC control modules.
- Check hydraulic oil tank: Observe hydraulic oil level through oil level sight glass. The oil liquid must stay between minimum scale mark and maximum scale mark. The recommended hydraulic oil is 46# anti‑wear hydraulic oil. If oil is insufficient, add qualified hydraulic oil of the same brand and model. Do not mix different types of hydraulic oil.
- Inspect hydraulic pipeline system: Check all hydraulic pipes, joints, flanges and cylinder connections for oil leakage, crack and loose fittings. Tighten loose connectors; replace aging or damaged hydraulic hoses in time.
- Test safety protection components: Press emergency‑stop button and reset it; test safety light‑curtain blocking response; check all safety interlock switches can trigger machine stop normally. If any safety device fails, do not start the machine.
- Inspect feeding conveyor system: Check conveyor belt condition, make sure no crack, damage or serious deviation. Clear stones, metal fragments and sundries stuck between rollers and belt. Adjust belt tension if deviation appears.
- Fastener inspection: Check main frame bolts, cylinder fixing bolts, liner‑plate fastening screws, make sure no loose status. Tighten loose fasteners.
- Check automatic wire‑tying unit: Install steel wire with specified diameter, ensure wire feeding path is smooth without blockage. Prepare enough qualified baling steel wire for continuous production.
- Confirm ground foundation condition: The machine shall be installed on reinforced concrete foundation as per foundation drawing. Check anchor bolts are fastened tightly, no obvious vibration when machine runs.
