The pipe blank is positioned and clamped in the mould cavity. High-pressure hydraulic fluid is injected into the interior of the tube, while axial hydraulic cylinders push both ends of the pipe blank to feed material inward. Under the combined action of internal liquid pressure and axial thrust, the pipe material undergoes plastic deformation and bulges outwards to form the branch of the tee. After pressure holding and shaping, the hydraulic pressure is released, and the mould opens to eject the finished tee workpiece.
Carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum and other ductile metal tubes.
Normally suitable for tees from DN15 to DN600, wall thickness from SCH10 to SCH80. Customizable for extra large diameter according to customer requirements.
