  • Pipelines with heavy vibrations, frequent pressure fluctuations, or alternating loads due to high fatigue damage risk
  • Pipelines requiring pigging for cleaning, as the tight curvature prevents pig passage
  • Main process pipelines carrying flammable or explosive media (industry standards typically require 1.5D long-radius elbows)
