Description
High-Capacity 1-10 Tons Per Hour Paper Baler with PLC Control and Safety Features for Efficient Recycling
  • The paper roll packaging blocks appear loose with insufficient density;
    • check the hydraulic oil level and oil quality;
    • increase the system pressure;
    • inspect the cylinder sealing rings for internal leakage;
    • and reduce the number of paper rolls loaded in a single cycle.
  • If paper rolls during feeding tend to deviate or roll,
    • inspect the anti-rolling limit device within the feed chamber;
    • ensure the paper rolls are positioned centrally;
    • and adjust the position of the feeding conveyor belt.
  • If the hydraulic cylinder does not operate,
    • first confirm that the emergency stop has been reset;
    • then check the power supply;
    • next, inspect the solenoid valve coil and valve core for any foreign debris;
    • finally, repair the travel limit switch.
  • Oil leakage fault:
    • Tighten the joint screws;
    • replace aged sealing rings and high-pressure oil pipes;
    • repair or replace the piston rod if scratched
