The advantages of Yuken solenoid reversing valve include high precision, fast response, stable performance and long life. It adopts pilot structure design, with a rated pressure of up to 21MPa, a diameter of Φ6mm, a coil voltage of AC240V, and a protection level of IP65, which is suitable for harsh working conditions with high-frequency switching. These designs enable Yuken solenoid reversing valve to maintain a response time of less than 15ms and a leakage of less than 5 drops/minute after 100,000 consecutive reversing tests, far exceeding the ISO 4401 standard requirements.
Precautions for use
Preparation before installation:
Check the nameplate parameters to confirm that the voltage and pressure range match the system.
Use a 10μm precision filter to pre-filter the hydraulic oil to ensure that the system cleanliness reaches ISO 18/16/13 level.
Prepare a torque wrench (the valve body mounting bolts need to be tightened according to the 8.8Nm standard) and sealing tape.
Key installation steps:
Valve body positioning: Choose a mounting surface with less vibration to avoid direct rigid connection with the pump or motor. If the base plate is used for installation, the flatness error must be ≤0.02mm/m.
Oil port connection: P/T/A/B oil ports must use SAE flanges or 24° cone sealing joints. Carbon steel hard pipes are recommended, and the bending radius is ≥3 times the pipe diameter.
Electrical wiring: AC240V coils must be controlled by relays, the wire cross-sectional area is ≥1.5mm², and the grounding resistance is <0.1Ω.
Debugging points:
Before the first start, manually push the valve core to check the smoothness of movement.
Run without load for 30 minutes and gradually increase the pressure to 50%/80%/100% of the working pressure.
Use an infrared thermometer to monitor the temperature rise of the coil. The surface temperature should be <85℃ when the environment is 40℃.
Operation and maintenance optimization and troubleshooting:
Check and clean the filter regularly to keep the medium pipeline clean.
Ensure that the electrical plug is reliably connected to the valve coil to prevent plug shaking caused by mechanical vibration.
Monitor the coil temperature rise to avoid overheating.
