Product Description:

Highland high pressure hydraulic piston pumps are essential components in hydraulic systems. They rely on the up-and-down motion of the plunger within a cylinder to alternately increase and decrease the volume of the sealed working chamber, allowing them to absorb and pressurize oil. Highland hydraulic piston pump has several advantages including a very high rated pressure, a clean compact design, very high efficiency and adjustable flow. Consequently, 42Mpa high pressure hydraulic piston pumps are widely used due to their high requirements of pressure and large flow, with the added requirement of adjustable flow.
Features:

Highland hydraulic axial piston variable displacement pumps are well-engineered and easy to use. Constructed with tapered roller bearings, they can load heavy external axial forces. Additionally, they can be coupled with additional pumps, offering enhanced flexibility. Through careful operation, the pumps can be commanded using a servo displacement to adjust and keep swash plate angle and displacement. Release of the control handle automatically returns the swash plate to the zero position and reduces the flow to zero. Moreover, Hydraulic pumps have impressively reliable shaft oil seals, even at the lowest temperature and high case pressure. Furthermore, by connecting a servo valve to some function regulators and remote control systems, these piston pumps can be even more convenient and easier to use. Lastly, these Axial piston pumps are designed to be easy to maintain. Standard tools are sufficient for disassembly and re-assembly and all components of the pump are replaceable.
