1. Internals:Cylinder barrel adopts GUOYUE EU/US metallurgical standard CD250 structure. Barrel material: 45#, 42CrMo, or 27SiMn. Bore honed to H8 precision with surface roughness Ra<0.4μm. Heads, base, trunnions, and pistons are exclusively made of 45# steel; no cast iron or cast steel components are used.
2. Buffering:Multiple buffering options including fixed and floating buffer structures to ensure effective deceleration across various pressures and speed ranges.
3. Welding:100% ultrasonic impact treatment applied to all pressure-bearing and load-critical welds. This eliminates weld stress (removal rate ≥90%) and significantly enhances weld fatigue strength.
4. Sealing:All cylinders exclusively use premium imported seals from Japan NOK, Sweden Trelleborg, Germany Merkel, and GP. No domestic seals are utilized.
5. Testing &Certification:Factory testing strictly complies with GB/T15622-2005 "Hydraulic Fluid Power - Test Methods for Cylinders" and internal premium standard Q/GAKY014-2023. Includes provision of factory test reports and product qualification certificates.

Buffer plunger: generally installed at the end of the piston rod or cylinder head of the oil cylinder. When the oil cylinder reaches the end of its stroke, the buffer plunger first enters the buffer chamber.
Buffer chamber: It is a specially designed space connected to the working chamber of the oil cylinder. When the buffer plunger enters the buffer chamber, it compresses the oil inside the buffer chamber, thereby generating a buffering force. Throttle hole: set between the buffer chamber and the working chamber, or on the buffer plunger. The size and number of throttle holes can adjust the magnitude and buffering effect of the buffering force.
