  • Piston rod: Induction-hardened chrome-plated steel with 30-50μm chrome layer, surface hardness HRC 50-55
  • Sealing system: Imported polyurethane (PU) + nitrile (NBR) combination rod & piston seals
  • Double dust wiper ring on rod side for enhanced contamination protection
  • Blue PU topcoat over anti-rust primer, salt-spray tested to 200 hours

  • Double-acting design with cushioning at both ends to reduce end-stroke impact
  • MP5-type spherical plain bearings with self-aligning angular compensation ±5°
  • Telescopic body with intermediate guide rings for concentric alignment
  • Dual hydraulic oil ports with standard metric thread compatibility
  • Manufactured in accordance with ISO 6022 mounting dimensions
