Construction & Materials
- Cylinder barrel: Honed cold-drawn seamless steel tube with internal surface roughness Ra 0.2-0.4μm
- Piston rod: Induction-hardened chrome-plated steel with 30-50μm chrome layer, surface hardness HRC 50-55
- Sealing system: Imported polyurethane (PU) + nitrile (NBR) combination rod & piston seals
- Double dust wiper ring on rod side for enhanced contamination protection
- Blue PU topcoat over anti-rust primer, salt-spray tested to 200 hours
Design Features
- Double-acting design with cushioning at both ends to reduce end-stroke impact
- MP5-type spherical plain bearings with self-aligning angular compensation ±5°
- Telescopic body with intermediate guide rings for concentric alignment
- Dual hydraulic oil ports with standard metric thread compatibility
- Manufactured in accordance with ISO 6022 mounting dimensions
