The machine is composed of a program control system, pneumatic slitter and light cutting unit. It supports automatic and semi-automatic operation, and is specially developed for small-scale brick production lines. Suitable for mud strips with soft plasticity and semi-hard plasticity, widely used for cutting clay, shale and coal gangue brick blanks.

2. 2. Stainless steel roller table: Realize automatic and accurate positioning of mud strips to avoid mud waste. Oil consumption can be reduced by 70%~100% compared with ordinary roller tables.
3. 3. Stainless steel push plate: Excellent wear resistance, its service life is 3 times longer than ordinary push plates.
4. 4. Guiding angle and guiding arc structure: Precisely guide cutting steel wire into the groove, cutting steel wire breakage rate by an average of 70%.
5. 5. High wear-resistant structure: Hard chrome-plated guide parts and composite directional bearings feature low resistance and long service life.
6. 6. Hydraulic buffer accumulator: Absorb reverse impact force and convert it into pushing force for stable operation.
7. 7. High strength and large thrust: Suitable for mud strips made of coal gangue and shale. It can adapt to mud strips of different plasticity. It saves fuel oil when processing high-sand inferior mud. For extra soft mud strips, the expansion roller table needs pre-tension adjustment.
