Machine Introduction:

This machine has a fully automatic function of three stations: heating, forming, cutting, stacking, and counting. It can adapt to various packaging boxes, trays, pharmaceuticals, industrial vacuum packaging products made of APET, PP, PC, PS, PVC, BOPS, PLA, corn starch, and other materials. 1, Robotic systems
(1) The manipulator is stacked up and down with a high-power torque servo to ensure that the machine can operate continuously for 24 hours.
(2) Mechanical arm modes: up-down stacking mode, in-mold grabbing stacking mode, out-of-mold grabbing stacking mode (customized).
(3) Discharge mode: Side discharge or direct discharge (customized), allowing the machine to adapt to various fields.
2, Receiving system
(1)The receiving system adopts a torque reducer, which is simple to adjust and has strong winding, while the traditional frequency conversion motor controls the easy-to-burn motor.
3, Chain rail drive system
(1) Pulling servo adopts a high-power servo to ensure that the machine can easily pull various thicknesses of sheets.
(2) Automatic track change function: only need to input the mold width data, the girder automatically adjusts the width, the girder width data can be saved, later, the girder data is directly called, and the efficiency of adjusting the machine and changing the mold is improved.
(3) A high-precision reducer is used, and the spline shaft is used as the transmission shaft, and the pulling blade is accurate.
(4) The chain rail adopts a hardened oxidized girder with guide beads, and the hardness reaches Vickers 85° to ensure the durability of the girder.
(5) The chain adopts imported Donghua guide bead chain, which is not easy to explode, quenched and hardened, stable, and wear-resistant.
4, Cooling system

5, Vacuum system
(1) Adopting an enlarged vacuum pump and a large tank design for the vacuum tank to meet the instantaneous release of vacuum, resulting in better product forming quality.
