Automatic 3 Station Pressure Thermoformer Machine High Speed Blister Forming
Machine Introduction
This three-station automatic thermoforming machine performs heating, forming, cutting, stacking, and counting operations. It accommodates various materials including PLA, PS, PET, PP, VPS, and ABS, offering wide application and strong versatility.
The positive and negative pressure molding machine achieves high speeds up to 2 seconds per cycle. Servo stretching capability handles products exceeding 50mm in height, preventing thin wall issues after material stretching. The intelligent temperature control system provides rapid heating with low power consumption, saving at least 10% energy compared to traditional systems. Front-access mold changes enable quick setup and efficient operation.
