Main Features:
1. Power saving
(1) Electric furnace touch screen control, one key adjustment, one key heating, displaying the actual center temperature inside the furnace, and checking the stability of the electric furnace.
(2) Quick preheating: using insulation and energy-saving heating bricks, the electric furnace can quickly preheat for 2 minutes, and then wait for 3-5 minutes for the heating bricks to maintain a constant temperature, which can be used for production (preheating the old electric furnace for about 20 minutes), shortening the waiting time for startup preheating and improving work efficiency;
(3) Electric furnace misalignment adjustment: Some width sheets can be misaligned to adjust the electric furnace, turn off a row of heating bricks, and save one-sixth of electricity.
2. Save materials
(1) This machine adopts a 3KW motor combined with a Mitsubishi frequency converter for pulling blades, which has a fast pulling speed, is easier to adjust, and has precise pulling blade length, reducing material and power loss and improving product quality.
(2) Double row needle chain transmission, stable high-speed operation, flexible length and width adjustment device, precise installation, allowing the machine to maximize the use of film. Customized sheets only require 2.5-3cm more material (4-5CM for traditional machines) according to the size of the mold plate that has been arranged. Calculated based on a 600mm mold, it saves at least one-sixth of the material compared to traditional machines. Calculated based on producing 180 tons of material per year, it can save 3 tons of sheet material per year.
3. Efficient
(1) This machine adopts a special high-strength wear-resistant aluminum body iron core girder, the service life of the iron girder, the cooling effect of the aluminum girder, and the girder and mold plate are equipped with a water cooling device and high-speed cold water spray, so as to speed up the molding speed and ensure the molding quality, and the production speed is twice as fast as that of the traditional machine;
(2) Adopting the latest 2P air drum motor, the air blower wheel is enlarged, and the air drum can be folded for cleaning, resulting in larger cold air and faster cooling.
4. Hot air blowing and cold mold blowing functions (optional)
Special products can be equipped with a hot air blowing system to make the overall thickness of the vacuum-formed product more uniform and greatly reduce water marks; Cold mold function, reducing the problem of PVC foam shell over-masking caused by too fast PVC vacuum forming speed.
5. Data storage
This machine is controlled by a PLC touch screen. During the first normal production of the product, the parameters during the production process only need to be stored through the PLC. When customers place repeated orders in the future, the previously stored production parameters can be recalled to achieve rapid production, achieve one-time molding, and reduce the loss of machine adjustment test pieces.
