Fan blade insertion technology:
The fan blade is made of 6063T5 special high-strength aviation magnesium-aluminum alloy material, which is extruded into one piece. There are as many as 5 sets of enhanced tendon support systems inside to enhance the strength of the fan blade and prevent the fan blade from drooping. The insert plate is made of high-strength forged alloy steel plate +annealing process.
Bottom plate:
One-piece aluminum-magnesium alloy, processed by CNC machine tools, the precise tolerance of the bottom plate is controlled at 100 μm, ensuring the precise dynamic balance of the bottom plate, strong fatigue resistance of the bottom plate, and safer product operation.
Fan blade I-shaped safety ring:
The main function of the I-shaped safety ring is to connect the fan blade and the bottom plate form an overall structure, made of steel, safe and stable.
Main frame:
Adopts Q235B carbon steel material, steel structure laser cutting, strengthen the support frame while protecting the motor, so that the motor can fully dissipate heat and prolong the life of the power system.
