2. Temperature Resistance Parameters for Common Materials
• Polyester with PTFE coating: 130°C (continuous), 150°C (short-term); commonly used in dry dust applications at ambient temperatures
• PPS with PTFE coating: 160–190°C (continuous); resistant to acidic flue gas; commonly used in power plants and waste incineration facilities
• Aramid (Nomex): Continuous 210°C, peak 240°C; suitable for high-temperature hard dust and blast furnace flue gas applications
• Basalt/glass fiber composite: Designed for ultra-high-temperature conditions with excellent flame-retardant properties
