The HYBM-500 is a quick mold change flexible production blow moulding machine engineered for Latin American tank manufacturers who serve diverse end markets from a single machine platform.

The Latin American water tank market is characterized by extreme product diversity, with each country, region, and market segment specifying different tank capacities, colors, wall thickness requirements, and fitting configurations.

A manufacturer in São Paulo, Bogotá, or Mexico City may need to produce 200L tanks for residential rooftop storage in the morning, 350L tanks for agricultural sprayer applications by midday, and 500L tanks for commercial building water storage in the afternoon shift.

Traditional blow moulding machines with bolted mold mounting systems require 4 to 6 hours for a complete size changeover, effectively dedicating the machine to a single tank size per day and forcing manufacturers to either maintain excess finished goods inventory or lose sales opportunities.

The HYBM-500 eliminates this bottleneck through a hydraulic quick-clamping system with spring-loaded wedge locks and integrated laser alignment guides that reduces complete mold changeover time to under 25 minutes using standard hand tools.

The control system stores 50 recipe programs, each containing the full parameter set for a specific tank size and configuration, enabling one-touch recipe loading that automatically configures all process parameters.
