FIW6 0.250mm fully insulated wire is Class F high-temperature resistant composite insulated wire, manufactured in accordance with IEC 60317 and NEMA MW85-C standards. Featuring ultra-high breakdown voltage, direct solderability without stripping insulation, and uniform insulation thickness, it is an upgraded and cost-effective alternative to traditional triple insulated wire. Widely used in high-frequency transformers, SMPS, automotive coils, miniature motors and precision electronic equipment.
