Crafted via HUATAO's signature open-cast polyurethane process, the Replacement WS 85 Modular Screen undergoes high-temperature curing that enhances molecular linkage, delivering exceptional strength. Its wear resistance is unmatched, lasting significantly longer than rubber or metal alternatives, which is critical for heavy-duty use in gold mines and copper ore processing.

Corrosion-resistant and tolerant of acids and alkalis, it thrives in harsh working conditions, from concentrate dehydration to carbon slurry separation. The screen's precise seams (customizable from 0.075mm upwards) ensure accurate particle grading, while its low friction surface prevents material buildup, keeping pores clear.

Elastic by nature, it handles large throughputs with efficient dewatering, vital for tailings dry discharge. Customizable in size (305×610mm, 500×500mm, etc.) and installation (bolts, Card slot type, rail seats), it adapts to any setup.
