Introduction

The aluminum foil embossing roller is designed to create various concave and convex patterns on aluminum foil surfaces, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality. This embossing process is widely utilized in packaging and decorative applications.

Production Process
  • The roller body is crafted from high-quality seamless steel pipe (custom materials available upon request). The inner hole undergoes boring and grinding to ensure uniform wall thickness, followed by welding, stress-relieving, turning, grinding, and finishing.
  • Static and dynamic balance processing ensures coaxiality ≤0.02mm in the finished roller.
  • Advanced processing techniques create extruded products with clear pattern lines, exquisite designs, rich layers, and precise dimensions.
  • Final surface treatment includes hard chromium plating or other methods, achieving hardness of HRC58-62.
