Product Overview

The High Strength Polyurethane Vibrating Screen Mesh is the ultimate workhorse for stone quarrying and mineral sizing operations. Specifically designed to endure the high-impact environment of primary and secondary crushing circuits, this mesh is built from a heavy-duty polyurethane elastomer that is reinforced with an internal high-tensile steel frame. This combination is critical for handling large rocks, such as granite or basalt, which would quickly destroy traditional metal screening media. The polyurethane surface is specially formulated to absorb impact energy, which not only protects the structural frame but also provides a service life 3 to 8 times longer than that of steel wire mesh.

In terms of technical specifications, this high-strength mesh is available in thicknesses of 30mm, 45mm, and 50mm, allowing for customization based on the density and size of the stone being processed. The apertures can be customized to include square holes for precise grading or slotted openings to maximize throughput.
