Heavy-duty conveyor return rollers are developed to stabilize conveyor belts and reduce belt vibration during return side operation. Manufactured using reinforced steel shafts and sealed bearing assemblies, these rollers provide smooth rotational performance and excellent wear resistance under abrasive conveying conditions. Return rollers improve conveyor belt tracking and help minimize conveyor component wear caused by unstable belt movement. These conveyor rollers are suitable for mining, aggregate processing, quarrying, recycling, and coal handling applications transporting abrasive materials continuously.
Product Overview

Rubber disc return rollers are self-cleaning conveyor rollers designed to prevent material buildup on the return side of conveyor belts. Equipped with rubber discs mounted around the roller shell, these rollers continuously remove sticky material and reduce carryback accumulation that can affect belt tracking and conveyor performance.
