The Huatao "hump" structure polyurethane dewatering screen panel is a revolutionary design aimed at maximizing screening and dewatering capacity in mineral processing plants. By implementing a raised ridge configuration, this panel increases the effective screening area by 50% compared to standard flat designs. This unique geometry allows for a more uniform distribution of material across the deck, effectively reducing localized buildup and the risk of clogging. Manufactured from high-performance polyurethane elastomer, these panels offer a service life 3-5 times longer than metal alternatives and up to 5 times longer than rubber. The increased opening rate enhances the residence time of the material on the screen surface, significantly improving both dewatering and demediation efficiency. These panels are available in various colors and feature a modular system that is compatible with bolt-down or rail mounting, ensuring easy installation and replacement. With a sieve hole range of 0.15mm to 3mm, they are ideal for coal grading, slurry dewatering, and tailings treatment.
