Polyurethane Steel Wire Core Mining Screen Self Cleaning Polyurethane Screen features brightly colored material that is lightweight and smooth, making it easier to handle during delivery, storage, installation, and removal. It offers a longer wear life compared to higher tensile woven wire.

The performance differs from traditional wire, rubber, and poly screens due to the combination of poly/wire construction and fully/partially weld features. Along with extended lifespan, it generates less noise than wire counterparts and reduces sound from clashing objects on the screen.

This screen produces less pegging and blinding, particularly with partially welded screens, as secondary vibration effects combined with the smooth poly finish and wire movement prevent material from staying on the surface.
