Product Description

Polyester Forming Fabric is categorized by weaving type into 4-shed, 5-shed, 8-shed, 16-shed, and 24-shed variations. It is also classified by structure as single layer, double layer, two-and-a-half layer, and three-layer fabric.

The 4-shed and 5-shed series single layer polyester forming mesh fabric is the standard type for paper making, ideal for producing cultural paper (single glue, double glue, color glue), printing paper, glazed paper, packing paper, and common newsprint. Designed for standard fourdrinier paper machines.

8-shed single layer polyester forming mesh fabric is optimized for high-volume packing paper production including kraft paper, cardboard, and corrugated paper, while also suitable for common printing paper. Compatible with standard fourdrinier paper machines.

16-shed double and a half layer polyester forming mesh fabric excels in producing quality printing paper such as offset printing paper, copperplate paper, newsprint, and paper series (wrap paper and filter tips paper). Also effective for tissue paper and various board paper applications. Recommended for medium to high-speed paper making machines.

Multi-shed three-layer polyester forming mesh fabric is engineered for premium printing paper, tissue paper, and paper production. Designed for high-speed paper making machines.
