The Air Cushion Headbox is designed to spurt and flow pulp with specific consistency onto forming wires. Available in three main types: normal-pressure (open type), close type (pneumatic), and turbulence type (hydraulic type).
Main Structure
  • Square cone, distributor, plexiglass components
  • Three step diffusion system
  • Spiral hole homogenate roller
  • Front and rear adjustable upper lip plate
  • Worm gear whole adjustment and spinner local adjustment
  • Plexiglass visual holes on both side walls
  • Quick-open flush doors at spray mouth for easy observation and cleaning
  • Visual windows and water spraying devices on tank top
  • Cleaning device and pressure balance display tube at rear side
