Mining Polyurethane Screen Mesh for Sieving Ore and Shale Shaker Sieve

Polyurethane Trommel Screen for dewatering screens. Polyurethane fine screen mesh is made of polyurethane sheet, offering abrasion resistance and significantly longer service life than woven vibrating screen mesh. The anti-blinding property enables screening of materials previously considered difficult or impossible to screen.

With extremely fine openings as small as 0.1mm, our polyurethane fine screen mesh is suitable for a wide variety of wet and dry applications. It features low noise operation and requires minimal maintenance while providing higher wear resistance and acid/alkali resistance compared to woven vibrating screen mesh.

Convenient hooks on both sides make installation onto vibrating screens quick and easy.
