The vacuum pressure roller shell is covered with rubber with a thickness of 30-40mm. This encapsulation provides uniform pressure distribution, reduces felt wear, and increases press line pressure.
Production experience shows that smaller axial and circumferential hole spacing with more holes significantly improves dehydration efficiency, effectively eliminating embossing while extending blanket service life. The optimal hole diameter (typically about 4mm) balances dehydration capacity with roller strength and prevents paper shadow marks.
