Testing Method
1. Secure the plastic buckle sample in the test fixture.
2. Set the testing frequency to 25 ± 2 cycles per minute.
3. Select the target number of test cycles: 1000, 2000, 3000, or as specified by standards.
4. Start the machine and allow it to run continuously until the target cycle count is reached.
5. After testing, let the sample rest for 1 hour, then inspect for damage, deformation, or failure.
6. Record the test results, including changes or damage observed.
Structure & System Configuration
1. Left and Right Test Fixtures: The left fixture holds the upper buckle part and presses the locking mechanism periodically, while the right fixture holds the lower part and performs forward and backward movements.
2. Synchronization Mechanism: Ensures coordinated horizontal movement for precise buckle opening and closing actions.
3. Counter: Records each complete opening and closing cycle automatically.
4. Adjustable Frequency: Allows users to set test speed according to standards.
