The equipment simulates real-world drop impact conditions to evaluate the structural strength and durability of the frame assembly under load impact.
Working Principle:
The frame and fork assembly are positioned so that the rear axle is in its normal riding position. A standard load block is fixed onto the seat tube, and the entire assembly is lifted to align the load center directly above the rear axle. The system then releases the load freely to impact the steel base plate, simulating real-world drop impact forces.
