Ring Hammer Crusher is suitable for crushing various medium-hardness materials with compressive strength not more than 150Mpa and water not more than 12%, such as coal, coal gangue, coke, slag, red sandstone, shale, loose limestone, etc. It has the features of simple structure, high efficiency and energy saving, low noise and dust. It is characterized by simple structure, large crushing ratio, high efficiency and energy saving, low noise and low dust. It can be widely used in thermoelectricity, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, highway, combustion and chemical industries.

Ring Hammer Crusher working principle

The main part of the ring hammer crusher is the rotor with hammer head, which is composed of spindle, turntable, pin and hammer head. The rotor is driven by the motor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber, the material enters into the crushing chamber from the inlet, and is struck by the high-speed movement of the hammer head, impacting, shearing and grinding the material to be crushed. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a screen plate, the crushed materials smaller than the size of the screen hole particles discharged through the screen plate, larger than the size of the screen hole material blocked on the screen plate to continue to be struck by the hammer and grinding, and ultimately reach the size of the final through the screen plate discharged out of the machine, according to the user's requirements to customize the grate gap, change the size of the material, in order to meet the needs of different users.
