PRODUCT INFORMATION
ACD-100 is a macroporous amino carboxylic acid chelating resin developed for selective metal recovery in hydrometallurgical processes. Its CH2N(CH2COOH)2 functionality enables strong complexation with base metal cations, allowing valuable metals to be recovered from leach liquors and pregnant solutions with minimal loss.
Sphelite ACD-100 is a polystyrene divinyl benzene polymer chelating resin with CH2N(CH2COOH)2 functional groups. These groups contain N and O lone pair electrons and can form stable complexes with cations such as Cu2+, Pb2+, Fe2+, Cd2+, Ni2+ and Zn2+.
Compared with traditional cation exchange resins, ACD-100 shows higher exchange capacity and faster exchange rate. It has become a mature and widely applied solution in industrial separation processes.
