TOA77 Medium-Thick-Wall Pipeline Welding Equipment

Breaking away from traditional enclosed designs, the HUAHENG TOA series features an innovative open-head structure. This breakthrough design enables precise process control while significantly improving operational visibility. Built for medium-thick-wall pipelines, it executes smooth horizontal circumferential welds and navigates complex vertical pipe joints with ease. Its lightweight welding head maintains perfect surface contact throughout operation, ensuring reliable, high-precision welding even in the most challenging industrial environments.

Suitable for fusion welding or wire-fed welding with the integrated TB1501 wire feeder (AVC & oscillation).
