Continuous Graphite Oxide Dilation Furnace HY-PH3010E uses both industrial grade microwave and electric as heating source, which ensures highly durable heating process.
The exfoliation process can be finished within seconds since the heating speed of the furnace can reach up to 500°C/s, which enables quick and complete reduction of graphite oxide, while producing high-quality graphene.
HY-PH3010E uses unique quartz tube which is our original creative, while the volume of the tube is 1 liter.
The temperature of Graphine Oxide Reduction is advised within the range of 950 degrees to 1000 degrees by papers and experience.

HY-PH3010E can be applied for instant reduction of Graphite Oxide to produce high quality Graphene with a production capacity of 500~1000g/day.
