Centrifugal separation technology for bacillus

Bacillus is a kind of microorganisms. Its molecular weight and particle size are very small, and the fermentation density is not high. Its best growth temperature for survival is 30～37℃. After the bacteria are cultured in large tank liquid submerged fermentation to reach the standard, they are concentrated by high-speed disc separator. The spray drying method or the freeze drying method can be used to obtain the dried bacterial powder. The most critical process control point is to ensure the lasting activity of the bacterial cells.

Product description

Due to the limitation of the growth temperature of bacillus, in order not to damage the bacillus cells, the separation should be kept as low as possible; due to the high-speed rotation of the separator bowl, friction with the air will generate a lot of heat, causing the internal temperature of the separator to rise. The special disc separator for Bacillus is equipped with a cooling jacket, and cold water can be passed into it to reduce the separation temperature. At the same time, the separator is gentle during separation, which greatly eliminates the influence of shearing force on the cells. By using a high-speed separator, the recovery rate of Bacillus can be greatly improved, and it is the first choice for the separation and purification of Bacillus.
