Why use steam shrink tunnel instead of heat gun ?
As one part of sleeve applicator ,steam tunnel quality is very important , low quality will rust soon and make bad shrinking
our steam pipes is SS316 are with Electrolytic polishing which will make the steam pipes not rust .
there is speed control on the blowing fan which can control the steam inside to make the shrinking better
the blowng fan and tunnel feet is both stainless steel
water tray under the conveyor to avoid the steam water fall on the flower .
we use round steam pipes with 0.5mm hole on it instead of square steam pipes , round steam pipes can save at least 30% steam and make better shrinking
