Textile Fabric DTF Printing White TPU Heat Transfer Powder DTF Powder
DTF Hot Melt Powder Description
DTF Powder Product model: DS220
Material Composition: DTF TPU Hot Melt Powder is made from thermoplastic polyurethane, a versatile polymer known for its elasticity, durability, and excellent bonding properties. TPU is often used in applications requiring flexibility, resilience, and resistance to abrasion.
Adhesive Properties: DTF TPU Hot Melt Powder acts as an adhesive layer between the PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) film and the fabric. When subjected to heat and pressure, the powder melts and bonds the printed design to the fabric, creating a permanent and durable transfer.
Activation Process: The DTF printing process involves printing the design onto the PET film using specialized DTF printers. After printing, the DTF TPU Hot Melt Powder is applied onto the printed design using a powder applicator or shaker. The powder adheres to the ink, creating a layer of adhesive.
