While the molten zinc surface typically forms a protective oxide layer that minimizes fume production, significant fume emissions occur when workpieces are immersed in and removed from the zinc kettle due to flux agent stirring and volatilization.
Our system features a top suction hood positioned above the zinc kettle that effectively captures white fume, achieving a capture rate exceeding 98%.
