The wastewater mainly comes from the rinsing water tanks and acid mist absorption tower.

This kind of wastewater is acidic (pH=2-3). The COD concentration is not high but contains metal ions (iron, zinc, etc.) and suspended matters. Therefore, if it is discharged directly without treatment, it is very easy to cause water pollution and cause greater harm to the surrounding environment.

The treated wastewater can be reused in the rinsing process or discharged directly.

• Hot dip galvanizing is not suited for all kinds of products' coating. Some products may need plating, so there are different types of production lines
