Residual Heat Recovery System for Hot Dip Galvanizing Production Line
Complete Zinc Kettle Supplier Services
We supply reliable, high-performance, environmentally friendly, technological, and modern galvanizing factories with comprehensive one-stop service solutions.
Design Guidance
- Superconducting heat pipes serve as the main heat-conducting components of waste heat recovery devices
- Heat exchange efficiency of heating pipe-type waste heat recycling systems can exceed 98%, significantly outperforming ordinary heat exchangers
Working Principle of Heating Pipes
- The lower section functions as the flue, the upper section contains water pipes, separated by a partition board
- During operation, flue gas flows through the waste heat recycling system flue, washing the lower end of heating pipes
- Heating pipes absorb heat and transfer it to the upper end, where heat is released to warm the water
Construction Details: Heat pipes are manufactured from steel, copper, and aluminum tubes filled with heat-conducting media, drawn to specific vacuum levels, and sealed. The heat-conducting medium consists of inorganic active metals and their compounds, exhibiting exceptional thermal activity and sensitivity.
Thermal Properties: The superconducting fluid activates at specific temperatures, transferring heat through molecular oscillation phase transition. Thermal conductivity is approximately 10,000 times greater than ordinary metals, with no heat transfer temperature decay and exceptionally rapid transfer speeds.

Production Line Selection Guidance
Several critical factors influence the selection of appropriate production lines and kettle sizes:
- Available land size and facility constraints
- Material types, sizes, and production quantities
- Environmental protection requirements and regulations
Important Considerations: Hot dip galvanizing is not suitable for all product coatings. Some products may require alternative plating methods, necessitating different production line configurations.
Operational Commitment: Once operational, galvanizing facilities cannot be stopped arbitrarily. Zinc solutions must remain molten year-round, requiring continuous operation and substantial workload to offset costs and generate profits.
Kettle Sizing Strategy: Optimal kettle size is determined by the largest parts in highest production volume. For example, if 12m pipes represent a small portion of production while 6m steel structures dominate, we recommend against 12.5m kettles. Provide your part specifications for customized kettle design recommendations.
