The powerful new generation Delem DAC-360T controller was chosen to provide a user-friendly and versatile touch control solution for the shearing machine. Multiple back gauge axes, cutting angles, stroke lengths and gaps can be controlled based on state-of-the-art electronics as needed.
Operation is most user-friendly with its easy-to-use touchscreen navigation on the bright LCD screen. Digital programming with clear icons guides the operator through all programming functions.

CNC Back Gauge System

One of the most important factors affecting cutting capabilities is the design and stability of the back gauge. With a perfect product, a stable and precise back gauge, high-quality cuts are possible.
The high-speed ball screw rear gauge system movement is also supported by linear guides, which helps the rear gauge achieve a longer service life, greater sensitivity, and enhanced protection against any collisions.
