Description

Product Description

This is the high density hydraulic metal baler in the Y81 series. It is a new metal baler developed by us in recent years. The high-density metal baler can extrude various metal scraps into a rectangular shape. The machine adopts PLC control system, which is easy to operate and can be controlled by one person. The machine also has an automatic feeding system, which improves the automation degree of the machine. After scrap metal is pressed into bales, it can not only reduce the cost of transportation and smelting, but also improve the charging speed. The scrap metal baler has become an essential recycling equipment in the scrap metal industry.

Features

1. All models are novel in design and innovative in concept.

2. It adopts hydraulic drive and adopts manual PLC automatic control.

3. Packing method: side push bag, sliding door design on the side of the box, the appearance of the pack is uniform, and the discharging is convenient.

4. A variety of models are available: different pressures (500~1000 tons), material box sizes, etc. can be customized.

5. The density of the block is tight. For example, after the crushed material is extruded by an 800-ton baler, the density can reach 4.2T/m³.

6. Automatic feeding, automatic weighing, feeding storage hopper, and discharging platform can be selected according to the customer's on-site working conditions.
