The 2/220 Semi-automatic Hook And Loop Needle Loom delivers advanced performance with maximum output efficiency and minimal downtime for industrial hook and loop tape production.
Application
This high-performance HY shuttleless ribbon loom series includes models 2/150, 2/175, 2/220, 4/80, and 1/450. Featuring a steel reed width range of 80mm to 450mm, the machine operates with shuttleless warp yarn and transverse needles for various narrow-width fabrics. Supports up to 10 shafts, each connected to a rocker and pendant chain, with warp yarn movement speeds reaching 250-700 cycles per minute depending on fabric specifications.
