Basalt continuous fiber roving is a high-performance reinforcement material manufactured from homogenized basalt rock through advanced pool kiln wire-drawing technology, directly formed by a 2400-hole large bushing. As a bundle of continuous unidirectional complex basalt fibers, this roving delivers exceptional mechanical strength, thermal endurance, and chemical resistance, making it the ideal choice for weaving applications including geogrids, geotextiles, and high-temperature resistant fabrics.

Our high-performance basalt fiber roving is a lightweight, continuous inorganic fiber reinforcement designed for advanced composite applications. With a tensile strength of 4800 MPa and an elastic modulus of over 95 GPa, it delivers excellent load-bearing capacity, stiffness, and dimensional stability while helping reduce overall component weight.
