Automatic Eight Wheels Capping Machine With Cap Elevator Plastic Bottle Caps Sealer Machine

Automatic eight wheel capping machine is a new generation cap rolling equipment designed and manufactured for filling production line and automatic capping process. It is different from the previous intermittent capping machine, and overcomes the shortcomings of the intermittent capping machine, such as slow capping speed, not tight capping and small scope of application.

Features

  • Straight into the bottle, continuous rub cap, efficient and fast.
  • It is suitable for automatic cap rolling of various sizes of bottles with threaded opening.
  • When the bottle is moved forward by the two-sided bottle clamping device, the bottle cap will be automatically covered.
  • It will press the bottle cap to a pre-tight state before capping.
  • Under the action of four pairs of high-speed rotating wear-resistant rubber wheels, the bottle cap is tightly screwed on the bottle body.
  • During the capping process, the non-metallic parts that contact the bottle body and cap minimize wear on the bottle body and cap.
  • The whole capping process is only a moment, low noise and fast speed.
