Product Description
3200℃ ultra-high temperature graphitization furnace:
Mainly used for the sintering of battery anode material, carbon material structure parts, C/C composite material products, carbon fiber, carbon material, carbon fiber rope, high temperature graphitization of phosphorus sheet graphite and other graphite materials, and other materials that can be sintered and smelted in the carbon environment.

It features one power supply with multiple furnace bodies to improve production efficiency. The system utilizes cooling time from one furnace to heat other furnace bodies.

Digital display intelligent temperature control system automatically completes the temperature measurement and control process. The system can heat according to given temperature curves and can store 20 pieces of a total of 400 different process heating curves.

Comprehensive PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection system. Can be configured as one machine with multiple furnaces, using PLC intelligent conversion.
